No charges laid after mayor threatened

No charges will be laid after death threats were made at Hamilton's mayor.

During the week leading up to the Pan Am stadium debate at City Hall, Mayor Eisenberger received threatening messages from two people.

Police contacted them, they apologized, and said they had no intention of harming the mayor.

Eisenberger did not want to lay charges, so the matter is now closed.
