The Hamilton Tiger-Cats beat the Winnipeg Blue Bombers 39-28 in Winnipeg.
Hamilton opened the scoring on their first drive of the game. Kevin Glenn hit Maurice Mann with a 50 yard bomb on the first play, then, three plays later, Marcus Thigpen scored on a five yard TD run.
That made Thigpen the only player in CFL history to score a touchdown five different ways; kickoff return, punt return, wide field goal, pass reception and rush.
On Hamilton's next possession, Arland Bruce scored his fifth touchdown of the year, a 55 yard pass from Glenn.
The Bombers got on the scoreboard, when Buck Pierce hit Terrence Edwards with a 32 yard touchdown pass.
In the second, the Tiger-Cats blew the game wide open, when Glenn threw touchdown passes to DeAndra' Cobb and Marquay McDaniel, then Sandro DeAngelis connected on a 35 yard field goal.
Winnipeg responded when Juvon Johnson intercepted a Glenn pass and took it back 54 yards.
Late in the first half, punter Eric Wilbur added a point on a 62 yard punt single.
