1975 called and wants its cigarette butts back from your work truck's ashtray.OK -- maybe 2005.The City of Hamilton has charged 12 employees with smoking in workplace vehicles -- after city-wide inspections during the week of May 24th.Those charged could face fines of between $300 and $5,000.The Smoke-Free Ontario Act has prohibited smoking in enclosed workplaces, including vehicles, since May 2006.
