Because no one has ever used the excuse "the sun was in my eyes" for missing a catch. Guess we should have signs up warning that the sun is too bright.

Clearly this is Defasco's fault. I am embarrassed for our legal system for allowing this man a free ride because he hurt himself in recreational sports.

Why is this man even being taken seriously? Next someone will sue a car company cause the windshield impaired their sight. Take responsibility for sucking at baseball dude and get on with your healing. It sucks but it's no one's fault. If you need a sign to warn you the sun is bright, perhaps you should be institutionalized.
