Burlington chef serves Italian for Clooney

For a guy who's Irish on one side and American on the other, George Clooney sure loves his Italian food.

Marc Albanese, who's Italian on both sides, loves his Italian food, too -- and knows how to cook it.

So who better to provide the Hollywood heartthrob with a menu of authentic Italian dishes for his flight home from Toronto on Sunday?

Albanese, who owns Burlington's Pane Fresco bakery, was out getting a haircut Saturday morning when customer Anna McCusker came to the Locust Street cafe looking for him.

The Hamilton-based event planner had just got a call from Clooney's personal assistant, an acquaintance through business.
