Mother reunited with missing son

Jeff Renaud, who disappeared from his student house near McMaster University in January, has been reunited with his mother, Christine Renaud. 

She picked him up at the airport late last night. 

Christine, in addition to extensive work by Hamilton police, had dedicated herself to finding her son and bringing him home. She estimates she has contacted 4,000 people over the last six months.
 
Jeff phoned his mother at her home in Kingsville, Ont., from Corpus Christi, Texas, on Tuesday evening, and arrived home on his 21st brithday. 

He had called shortly after the America's Most Wanted posted an item about him on its website. 
In the months before he had disappeared, he had been living as if he was still enrolled in engineering at McMaster, when in fact he had failed out of school the previous term.
