911 caller too hungry for attention

CAYUGA – A 44-year-old Cayuga man who called police four times demanding he get a pizza or be arrested got part of his wish.

OPP Constable Paula Wright said the man got arrested  early Saturday morning after a bizarre series of four 911 calls from an address outside Cayuga.

A man began calling  911 late Friday night demanding a cab and a pizza or to be arrested.

When police were able to figure out where he was and went to give him a lecture about improper use of the emergency number, he told told them  he didn’t want to stay in his own apartment and wanted to go somewhere different.

“Due to the male’s intoxicated state, police did oblige with his request,” Wright said
