The HSR is being taken to the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.It's because Hamilton Street Railway has not implemented a call out for all stops for blind passengers.The Ontario Human Rights Commission filed a complaint yesterday, saying it was told the call out procedures would take effect at the end of 2008.The commission wants the HSR to begin calling all stops within 30 days.The HSR is spending 3.7-million dollars to install a new radio system in its transit fleet that will be ready by the end of the year.
