Should a brain injured Hamilton man be sentenced to a federal prison?That's the question being debated in a Hamilton courtroom.25-year old Ross Harpwood is awaiting sentencing on two counts of impaired driving causing death.Not only did he kill his best friend and girlfriend in a crash in April of 2006, he left himself with permanent brain damage.His defence lawyer has told the court "Harpwood is damaged goods... and would not be able to defend himself in the violent prison system."But a prison psychologist disagrees.
