Warning from the Chamber of Commerce 

A warning from the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce.

It says city council's latest move is prejudicial against employment growth and will place Hamilton at a competitive disadvantage.

It's responding to council's decision to increase fees for new industrial development by 60%, while charges for commercial operations are going up by 10%.

However, councillors have agreed to freeze residential charges for one year.
