Say goodbye to the playground equipment at Confederation Park.The Hamilton Conservation Authority says the last playground equipment on its properties has been removed from the Park.The Authority's Tony Horvat says the equipment is getting old and because of all the new regulations, it would cost more than $500,000 to replace it.They've decided that's too expensive.The Canadian Standards Association has upgraded its rules for playground equipment three times in a decade and further changes are expected in the next few years.
