Hamilton's downtown: Have your say
One thing not in short supply in Hamilton is opinions about the city’s downtown.
The city’s downtown and community renewal division is looking at capitalizing on the love-it or hate-it passion with an online survey. The results will be used to shape a marketing strategy.
“We want the thousands of Hamiltonians from across the city to log on and provide us with their feedback and thoughts about the downtown core,” said Hazel Milsome, co-ordinator of downtown municipal incentives.
“We are especially interested in the public’s awareness of what the downtown has to offer.”
The goal is to create a more active marketing approach, raise awarenss of progress and help create an investment-friendly PR campaign.
