The Ministry of Labour is investigating after a cinder block wall collapsed on three construction workers, sending them all to Hamilton General Hospital.
Halton police said the trio, believed to be men, were on scaffolding constructing the wall when it fell shortly before 3:25 p.m. Saturday.
"They were constructing it up on the second floor when it collapsed on top of them," said Staff Sergeant Robert Lloyd.
It was not known why the wall fell.
The weight of the falling wall was so great that it caused the floor to give way and sent all three workers and the debris tumbling down to the main floor.
