In the how-not-to-treat-a-cop-visiting-your-house file, a 43-year-old Hamilton man is facing charges of assaulting and obstructing police after punching an officer in the face.Police were called to a Holton Avenue South apartment yesterday morning to an apparent domestic disturbance.While a man and woman were being treated for minor injuries by paramedics, another man was insistent on being allowed back into the apartment.When police refused him entry to the dishevelled unit, the suspect shoved a door into an officer and punched him when the officer tried to arrest him.
