Police arrest parents, grandmother, after horrible discovery 

Hamilton Police have arrested three people after a horrible case of child confinement.

On April 2nd, police went to a home on Stoney Creek Mountain.

They found a 2 year-old boy and a 5 year-old boy in a basement room that had a strong odor of urine with feces on the wall.
