What a moronic thing to do! I mean, it's tough enough as it is making a decent income and NOW they want to crack down on people trying to feed their families/pay rent/mortgage? Geeze. I am pretty sure there are other things the city could focus on. (See March 22 article http://www.bobbratina.ca/)
