Community health bus to skip Wesley Centre stop

The Wesley Centre on Ferguson Avenue North will no longer be a stop for the city's community health bus.

The mobile unit provides dental services and medical help to the poor and those who have difficulty accessing care.

But the city's public health department has been told health bus users perceive Wesley clients as dangerous and the staff also finds them to be a challenge.

The emergency shelter's executive director calls that unfair.
