Serial Purse snatcher strikes again 

Hamilton police believe the serial purse snatcher struck again last night.

The female victim was walking alone around midnight when she was approached from behind by the suspect, in the area of gage park around Kensington and Maple

He's described as male white between 25-40, 200lbs. He was wearing a blue adidas jacket with a white cap.
