Reward ups ante on Perkins hit and run

The mother of Nick Perkins, the Stoney Creek teen who suffered brain and severe leg injuries after being dragged 600 metres by a car last summer, is praising the Hamilton police services board for offering a $20,000 reward to help crack the case.
