Hit-and-run driver surrenders

BURLINGTON – A man wanted by Halton police after a head-on collision caused by an aggressive driver Monday has turned himself in to police.

A 47-year-old Burlington man is charged with failing to remain.

Halton police Sergeant Brian Carr said the man turned himself in to police later the same day.
