Graffiti victims threatened by the city 

The victims of graffiti vandals in Hamilton say they're being treated like criminals by the city.

Adrian and Patty Parkinson had their north Hamilton home, fence and garage defaced with graffiti.

Now they are being threatened by the city with fines of 50-thousand dollars if they don't clean it up.
