Change Takes Time In Harbour

The co-ordinator of the Hamilton Harbour Remedial Action Plan says it's all about perspective.

John Hall stresses that anyone who has been around the harbour knows that it was much more polluted in the past than it is today.

He's offering some context to a new Ministry of the Environment report, which says the harbour is still among Ontario's most severely polluted bodies of water.
