A 30-year-old man faces numerous charges after being arrested by Hamilton police investigating two bank robberies.
The man, pulled from a taxi by police after he left a downtown apartment block, is suspected of being responsible for a March 13 holdup at the Scotiabank on Fennell Avenue East, near East 43rd Street, and the April 15 holdup of the First Ontario Credit Union at Queensdale Avenue East and Upper Sherman Avenue.
