Blaze causes $75,000 in damage

Wiring that had been eaten away, possibly by animals, is being cited as the likely cause for a Saturday afternoon fire which caused about $75,000 damage to a multi-unit home.

Fire crews were called to the Wentworth Street South address, just south of Main Street East, at Delaware Avenue, around 2 p.m.
