Poverty: One step forward, one step back

A report to be released Friday is expected to show that Hamilton is showing gains and losses in the fight against poverty.

The report, called “Incomes and Poverty in Hamilton,” is based on 2006 census data and information from Employment Insurance and Ontario Works.
