Fate of Crooks’ dam delayed

The Hamilton Conservation Authority will wait another month before deciding whether to reconsider plans to demolish the Crooks’ Hollow dam.

Directors voted last week to delay any decision amid concerns that switching plans midstream may jeopardize provincial funding for the project, presently awaiting approval from the Ministry of the Environment.
