Teens charged in St. Kitts grafitti spree

ST.CATHARINES – Two young teenage boys face 13 charges of mischief after being caught with wet spray paint on their hands at the end of a graffiti spree.

Niagara police said the boys, both 14, were found with wet paint on their hands after a passerby saw them at Ferndale School with bolt cutters and spray-paint cans Tuesday night.
