A Hamilton politician wants to dispose of the city's controversial new garbage limits.

Terry Whitehead will bring a reconsideration motion to Wednesday night's meeting of City Council, asking colleagues to scrap the new one container weekly limit, which allows residents to dispose of a second bag only if it is "clear" and free of recyclables.
