City looks to add more free Wi-Fi hot spots

Nearly three years ago, the city invested $500,000 to create a Wi-Fi connection downtown with FibreWired Hamilton, now Atria Networks. The service was designed mainly to benefit city staff but was also available to residents and businesses.
