Man accused of assaulting spouse, hitting pedestrian with car

A 30-year-old Hamilton man was arrested tonight after he allegedly assaulted his partner, hit a pedestrian with his car and led passersby on a chase through an east-end neighbourhood with his baby in the back seat.
