Ambulance response times cut in Hamilton

Some encouraging signs about response times for ambulances.

The director of emergency medical services with the city says overall, response times have been cut by 36 seconds over last year.

The most significant improvements are in Stoney Creek, Glanbrook, Ancaster and Flamborough.

The response times in those areas have dropped by as much as two minutes.
